These are key locations where Australia’s policies have caused harm to people instead of protecting their human rights.

These policies have created a legacy of ongoing suffering.

• Permanent visas and refugee protection for thousands of people who have been living in the community waiting for protection for more than 12 years

• Thousands of refugees are stuck in Indonesia without pathways - take action to lift Australia’s ban on the resettlement of refugees from Indonesia and provide permanent pathways

• End offshore detention and urgently evacuate all refugees from PNG and Nauru who are still trapped under Australia’s widely criticised offshore processing and detention system
